And finally, we look at my own opinion.
When we talk about hair growth..just know it is a gradual process. Research has made it known that an average individual grows up to half an inch every month so that's altogether 6 inches in a year mind you some people's hair might grow faster or lesser than that .
Patience should be your priority when growing your natural hair.
A few years ago I used to think that if I used rice water for just a week my hair would just grow as long as Rapunzel..(lol)...that was how impatient I was then...I'm glad I was able to discover that patience over the years.
Don't get me wrong the listed options out there are perfectly fine for hair growth, some might work for you, some might not so as you move on in your natural hair journey you should know what works for you and what does not .
Another thing to take note of are the split ends...I know from earlier some bloggers wrote to trim regularly... well I don't agree with that..I'll say you trim when you have split ends only. . because trimming only makes your hair shorter and if your hair is growing half an inch a month and then you trim...what becomes of your hair🤷. It might as well be as one that's isn't growing at all.
Consistency is another factor... whatever product you use, you must be consistent..like say you use onion juice as your hair growth routine...it.'ll be advisable to do it every week for each month to get bettet results...mind you, I said to know what works for you before you use them consistently.
Take note that supplements or hair growth vitamins might not work for you...so you don't need to bother adding to your hair growth Regime.
Condition properly, use less shampoo, do deep conditioning once in a while, avoid applying too much heat ,harsh products or chemical products to your hair, avoid shampoos with sulfate in them..and lastly treat your natural hair with ultimate care (treat it like you would do to a new born baby..)😁
P.S THE INVERSION METHOD IS GOOD WHEN MASSAGING ANY OIL OR HAIR GROWTH BOOSTER TO YOUR HAIR, JUST MAKE SURE YOUR SPLIT ENDS ARE TRIMMED OFF
